We started as consultants. The assessment tools came later, born from a simple observation: every client kept asking for the same diagnostics — so we built them once, and well.
Why this hub exists
If you have taken one of our assessments, you have used a tool shaped in client engagements — refined against the workforce plans, organization designs, and leadership decisions we have advised on for nearly two decades.
This site is where the two halves of the firm meet: the advisory work that develops our point of view, and the tools that put that point of view to work at scale. Every framework you see in a tool is one we still use in the room with enterprise clients.
2008
Founded as a two-person workforce planning practice.
2014
Formalized the Strategic Workforce Planning methodology now used by clients.
2018
Released the first organizational diagnostic — originally an internal engagement tool.
2022
Launched self-assessments for individuals, opening our frameworks to everyone.
